Russo Brothers and Zack Snyder’s Collaboration
The Russo Brothers have resumed their video podcast series of Pizza Film School after almost three years. The first season aired on YouTube in the year 2020. They invited some of the big stars as guests in the first season which included Josh Brolin, Taika Waititi, Mark Hamill, and others. Now they are back with season 2, and it’s a possibility that the DCEU and Marvel discussion might pop up.

According to a new Variety report, it’s known that Zack Snyder will be a guest in one of the episodes of season 3. The Snyder cut director expressing his enthusiasm tweeted, ” Excited to be a part of ‘Pizza Film School’ Season II. Teaser drops on Thursday.” Speaking of the Russo brothers’ podcast series, they discuss a wide range of filmmaking topics while having bites of slices of pizzas from local pizzerias. The original motive of this Pizza Film school podcast is mentioned below :
“Top artists and innovators in the industry to passionate film enthusiasts, especially those who may not easily have access to it.”
The series is directed by the Russo brothers’ production company named AGBO. Season two will air on their YouTube channel on April 11th.
Russo Brothers and Zack Snyder’s Work In The Franchise
Joe Russo and Anthony Russo have been the creators of some of the big Marvel films. They helmed in a total of four films named Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and the last movie of the saga Avengers: Endgame. The brothers have already announced that they will be taking a break from the MCU. Their return as of now is quite uncertain.
“We’re always talking; we’d need to see what would work. We won’t be ready to do anything with Marvel until the end of the decade.”
Speaking of Zack Snyder, he has almost helmed four movies of DCEU. His works in DC include Man of Steel, Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League, and Snyder Cut. Recently Snyder revealed that he hasn’t been contacted by anyone from the new DC studios. But he wished the best for the studios and hopes they continue making some cool movies.
