Finn Wolfhard has achieved quite fame since Netflix’s Stranger Things debuted in 2016. Fame does come with a heavy toll since the actor revealed his mental health issues that trouble him every day. From panic attacks to anxiety, the IT actor has been struggling for quite some time.

Talking about his anxiety attacks, the actor revealed that even though it has been several years since his fame, he suffered one quite recently. On the sets of When You Finish Saving The World with Jesse Eisenberg, Finn Wolfhard suffered another anxiety attack.

When Finn Wolfhard Suffered From Panic Attacks

Jessie Eisenberg is known for portraying several quirky but diverse characters throughout his Hollywood career. The actor, however, turned his focus into directing and writing a movie that featured Finn Wolfhard along with Alisha Boe.

Writing and directing the movie When You Finish Saving The World, the Zombieland actor picked up Finn Wolfhard for the lead role. The Ghostbusters: Afterlife actor revealed how he suffered from mental health issues since he was 13 years old! Recalling his latest incident, the Canadian actor had to be consoled by Jesse Eisenberg since he also suffered from similar panic attacks during his youth! Talking to GQ, the actor stated,

I was so uptight and nervous about it, because I just was like, ‘This is the first movie [that I’m doing] as an adult,'”

It was further revealed that The Social Network actor consoled Finn Wolfhard and shared that he too had a similar experience when he was a young actor. Eisenberg shared that while working on the 2009 film titled Adventureland, director Greg Mottola had taken the-then young actor aside and calmed him down while on set.

The Stranger Things actor starred in Jesse Eisenberg’s cult classic When You Finish Saving The World and was lauded for his performance. Playing the role of a deranged son who has a complicated relationship with his mother, the movie and Finn Wolfhard were praised at the Cannes Film Festival in 2022.

Jesse Eisenberg was nominated for the “Golden Camera” for his debut movie as a director, however, the film became a cult classic following its low box office record. The movie was received with a mixed reception from the audience as some hailed it as a masterpiece while others claimed it a nonsensical story.

When You Finish Saving The World currently stands at an average rating of 5.8/10 on IMDB, and 64% on Rotten Tomatoes. The film was released on 20th January 2023 and is currently available to buy from Apple TV+.
