Recently, fans noticed that an Australian wrestler Grayson Waller shared a video via Twitter mocking Dwayne Johnson’s Madison Square Garden debut outfit, calling it cringe. In the video, Waller said:

“Can you imagine making your debut in Madison Square Garden, of all places, and you wear something like this? Hold on, I’m gonna put this on. Oh my god. Oh my gosh, this is so cringe. Do you smell what I’m cooking?! This is yuck.”

The WWE’s sixth Triple Crown champion reacted to the same and dropped a bombshell comment stating:

“Man, you’re right! That outfit was so cringe. Here’s what’s more cringe – the fact you look and sound like you dropped out of some jabroni’s balloon knot. Nice haircut, you Outback Jack Off. Ps, my cringe debut outfit was all @TripleH’s idea.”

Dwayne Johnson wasn’t happy with his costume. He hated the fact that Grayson Waller called it cringe and felt ashamed by the same. This in The Rock’s opinion, complicated his debut in 1996, and he remains upset over it since then.

Last year while Dwayne Johnson conducted a Q&A on his Instagram account, many fans of the actor asked him whether he still misses his WWE career. The Mummy Returns actor claimed that he does miss wrestling, saying,

“I do miss wrestling. I love wrestling. I loved professional wrestling. I loved it. Here’s what I loved about it. I loved creating with the pro wrestlers that I had great chemistry with, but the thing I miss the most about professional wrestling is just being able to connect with an audience every night.”

He continued,

Every night was just a showcase. I didn’t give a sh-t about being the biggest guy, the strongest guy, the loudest guy, the toughest guy, the guy who won all the time, the guy who was the craziest and jumped off the top of the cage, and moonsaults.”

Dwayne Johnson may have become one of the most in-demand talents in showbiz, but his humble beginning in wrestling has continued to inspire millions of people worldwide.
