Despite having such a varied and exceptional roster of superheroes to its name, Marvel Comics has a select few that can even come close to the popularity and craze that its native web-slinging hero Spider-Man enjoys. On par with DC Comics’ most famous superheroes Batman and Superman, the friendly neighborhood savior has recognition that rivals none other.
Therefore, it’s no surprise that so many iterations of the hero have been made in the entertainment industry, ranging from big-budget live-action adaptations into major motion pictures, to appearances in TV both live and through animations. But recently, the animated series of Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man has come under fire from fans as they realized a major flaw of the series.
Fans Blast Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man For Being Unchanging And Tasteless
Having a superpowered character from the pages of a comic book is easy enough, the real task emerges when you have to make one that leaves an impression on your audience. Therefore, Spider-Man is always considered one of the greatest creations by Marvel Comics because it literally stuck with its audience to become one of the most recognizable and beloved superheroes of all time. Although the character may be loved by everyone, the same couldn’t be said about its iteration in the entertainment industry, especially Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man in recent times.

While the web-slinger from Queens may have been making an impact on the world with its numerous MCU and Sony adaptations, the most recent being Tom Holland with Marvel Studios, the famous animated series ran its successful run from 2014 to 2017 with four seasons. But after fans who remember the show along with people who have revised it recently realize there wasn’t any depth in it.
Many fans of the superhero have also stepped up and called out this show for being nothing more than a comedy show which didn’t do Spider-Man justice.
While the show did enjoy some good reviews back in the day, the current roster of multimedia about the webhead has certainly made many realize the childish nature of this show.

Why Is Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man Getting So Much Hate?
The thing that made every one of us love and associate with the hero was the degree of relativity that the character brought with it to the table. Struggling while juggling his life as Peter Parker and Spider-Man, we saw the hardships and difficulties that he faces in order to live his life serving justice to the criminals, all on his own. But with the show, Spider-Man became an individual who had the force of S.H.I.E.L.D behind him, which made him shallow and a little carefree, taking the struggle and grind away from him, therefore, ruining his image.
