Assassin’s Creed fans take note, as there are Ubisoft Deals aplenty coming your way! There is a massive haul of free to play titles being made available as part of a promotion from Ubisoft to introduce the game to new audiences. Because let’s face it, no-one has ever heard of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, right?
And if you’ve never actually had the chance to play any of the titles, then as of 10 August up until 14 August, there are no less than five, yes five, Assassin’s Creed games which are free to play on PlayStation, Xbox and PC via the Epic Games and Ubisoft stores.
Ubisoft Deals – what games will we see?
Recently revealed as part of the Ubisoft deals, the five free to play titles available are some of the classics of the franchise. These are Assassin’s Creed II, Revelations, Brotherhood, Black Flag and Valhalla. That’s a pretty decent selection for those who have yet to dip their toe in the world of the stealth/RPG adventure games.
And the good news is that players will be able to access all five of these amazing titles and if they choose to purchase any after the Ubisoft Deals end of 14 August, then any progress would be carried over to the purchased game.
Not only that but there are massive discounts for these titles across all platforms, with PlayStation users looking at around and 80% discount on all the aforementioned games. 80% off is an AMAZING deal whatever way you look at it.

And we would recommend that if you haven’t already, then you jump aboard and set sail with Assassin’s Creed Black Flag. Which is possibly the greatest of the free to play games that is available with the Ubisoft deals.
With all of these amazing deals, it seems like an amazing time to be an Assassin’s Creed fan. Especially if you are anxiously awaiting the upcoming title, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which promises a return to the gameplay of old with shorter storyline and game time.
And in 2024 we move to Japan and China with the much anticipated Assassin’s Creed Red and it’s mobile companion Jade. The former of which sees you take on the role of two protagonists; a samurai and a shinobi. And well known leaker Tom Henderson had this to say on the the upcoming game;
“I got them the wrong way around. It’s a male samurai and female shinobi. The male samurai is an African refugee.”
On top of this is Assassin’s Creed Jade, which is notable for two reasons It’s the first open-world RPG to take place in China and secondly, it’s a mobile game. And given how much can be done on modern mobiles and how long we spend on our phones, it’s no surprise to see a title directly available for this platform.
