"This man must be stopped": Ryan Reynolds Sympathized With John Krasinski After His Wife Emily Blunt Got Cozy With MCU's Muscled Hunk Hugh Jackman

One of the most underrated and fan-favorite couples in Hollywood, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are true couple-goals. Their loving relationship has captured the attention of fans and celebrities alike, and the two can often be found praising each other at every chance they get. However, back in 2018, the Sicario star was seen getting too cozy with Marvel hunk Hugh Jackman, and Ryan Reynolds came to John Krasinski’s rescue.

In an obvious friendly banter, it all started when Jackman posted a photo of himself with Blunt, standing super-close. And Krasinski couldn’t help but pull his leg a bit.

When it comes to making fun of each other whether on social media or in public, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are unbeatable. Both have a long-standing friendly feud going on for ages and fans enjoy watching it. Back in 2018, Jackman and Emily Blunt were invited to Variety’s Actors On Actors. After the show, the X-Men star tweeted a photo of them where they can be seen standing super close and he captioned it,

“Had the pleasure of chatting with the amazing EMILY BLUNT today. @Variety #actorsonactors @TheFrontRunner @MaryPoppins.”

Seeing the photo where Jackman can be seen whispering something to Blunt as the actress is smiling with her eyes closed, John Krasinski replied,

“Eeeeeeasy Hugh… not sure this is what @Variety meant with #ActorsonActors… Don’t make me think I can hurt you.”

And Ryan Reynolds obviously took his chance to tease one of his closest friends. He replied to Krasinski’s tweet,

“This is a call to action. This man must be stopped.”

And fans couldn’t help but enjoy the friendly banter, with one fan even stating how funny it is to have Deadpool teaming up with Jack Ryan to protect Many Poppins from Wolverine.

After the friendly social media banter between John Krasinski, Hugh Jackman, and Ryan Reynolds gained attention, Jackman, in an interview with Variety stated that he was ready to fight off The Office star and the Deadpool star but not together.

“You gotta stay on your toes, John. That’s all I’m saying. I’m fine to fight John, but he arrived this morning at my front door with Ryan. I’m like, ‘Come on, guys. One at a time. Not together.’”

Just when fans thought that the ‘friendly’ banter was over, Jackman had to do one better. But that isn’t really surprising for Reynolds and Jackman never let each other off the hook so easily.
