And she would certainly have been very glad to be the first guest of the former basketball player Shaquille O’Neal when he filled in as the guest host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Their conversation, however, took an unexpected turn, leading Kunis to leave the interview.
Mila Kunis Walked Out of Her Interview With Shaquille O’Neal
Hollywood actress Mila Kunis and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal sat down for an interview after the latter took over as the guest host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! While Kunis is known for her work on screen, O’Neal has also made several TV and movie appearances apart from his incredible talent on the basketball court.
As the Black Swan actress joined the sports star, the first thing that caught her eye was his Hall of Fame ring. She straight of asked him, “What’s on your hand?” After which, he told her that it was his “Hall of Fame ring.” Kunis, who was surprised by the ring on his hand, told her that it was not okay for him to wear the “huge” ring.
“Shaq, you can’t wear that. That’s not okay…that’s huge,” she told the sports star. She also advised him to put the ring in a safety deposit box before they went on discussing their favorite NBA teams. However, the Bad Moms actress was surprised to hear that O’Neal missed “yesterday’s game.”
When she asked him, “What’s wrong with you?” Shaquille O’Neal confessed that he’s a Yankee fan, leading the actress to get up from her chair and walk out of the interview. She came back right away, and the two went ahead to discuss the game and their favorite teams.
How Loud is Mila Kunis in the Stands?
Mila Kunis and Shaquille O’Neal soon found out that they supported different teams. While Kunis was a Dodgers fan, O’Neal was a Yankees supporter. Further into their conversation, the sports star asked her if she is usually loud during the games.
The Jupiter Ascending actress revealed that it depends on who is with her during the games. She further explained that she has to be careful around children as she is a mother and cannot be loud around the children. But if they are not around, “then f*** yeah, I scream!” she added.
O’Neal also shared that he heard the actress during the Los Angeles Lakers games. “Make a d*mn free throw Shaq. Hustle back on defense Shaq,” he recalled Kunis’ words from the game. The actress also added she enjoyed watching him on the basketball court.
