Pedro Pascal appeared in an interview with Vanity Fair, but it was not the kind he was expecting. Pascal found himself undergoing a Lie Detector test while taking the interview. This meant that his lies would be caught instantly. During the interview, the Narcos actor was asked whether he thought Game of Thrones to be somewhat of an eyesore.

The Last of Us actor humorously quipped that the show was a “double eyesore”, but he was taken aback when the test did not detect his ‘lie’. The interviewer continued with the next question, asking him if he still stood by his earlier opinion that the show’s ending was “perfect”. The Equalizer 2 actor was visibly uncomfortable in answering and immediately retorted with the sarcastic question, “How dare you?”.

When he was asked to answer the question with a yes or no, the Wonder Woman 1984 actor’s response was, “Take me to jail”. Finally, the interviewers gave in and marked the response as “inconclusive”. But did Pascal’s opinion really change years after the finale of the show aired?

The finale season was criticized for the creative decisions that some fans absolutely hated.

Pedro Pascal took to Twitter to share his thoughts at the time, and wrote, “Shut up, it was perfect.” Pascal has since deleted his Twitter account, but when asked the question years later, a hesitation was clear in his answer. It could be possible that The Mandalorian actor had rewatched the entire show and observed the stark contrast between seasons 1-7 and the disastrous season 8.
