With Peyton Reed’s upcoming movies, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, phase five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will begin. There will be plenty of surprises like there are with every MCU movie. Ant-Man 3 has a lot of hidden surprises before it debuts next year. We don’t know what they will provide us, a shocking plot twist or an exciting cameo for someone from another part of the Marvel world?
Are there some unexpected faces to see?
The director of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Peyton Reed, and actor Paul Rudd talked about what new to expect from the movies.

The MCU may feature Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror, who is also believed to take over Thanos as the new villain. The casting leak from the film suggests that it could feature the MCU debut of another Marvel comic character.
The fan’s favorite comic character, Dazzler is a professional singer who has the power to manipulate sound into light and she can create light shows, holograms, and shoots bursts of light out of her body. She kind of fits the character that is needed for Ant-Man 3.
Since she has not appeared in the MCU until now, because she is a mutant, maybe this is her chance as Marvel has the ability to use mutants in films now.
Dazzler’s only brief appearance was in X-Men: Dark Phoenix, so the viewers will not have to get used to a new actress in the role.
Peyton Reed and Paul Rudd also spoke about the possibilities of Corey Stroll playing the role of MODAK, after his appearance in Ant-Man 1 as Darren Cross/Yellowjacket.
If Corey Stroll returns as MODAK, that will be a hell lot of surprise. As Paul Rudd said, he is looking forward to seeing some old friends in his third solo movie.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will release in theaters on February 17, 2023.
