The untitled Spider-Man 3 movie in the MCU is stacked! The film is set to connect after the events of the upcoming Disney+ series WandaVision and play into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. So far on the MCU side of the cast, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, and Tony Revolori are returning to play their respected roles along with Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange joining for the adventure. Mysterio in Spider-Man 3

FandomWire can exclusively reveal that more villains throughout Spider-Man’s film history are set to appear! Having wowed fans in Spider-Man: Far From Home, Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio will be returning for Spider-Man 3! It’s unclear if this will be through flashbacks or if the character is revealed to be alive in the movie.

Goblins Galore

The third film is also set to have different Goblins. Dane DeHaan is in talks to return as Harry Osborn.

Recently, we posted a theory on if Jacob Batalon’s Ned Leeds would become Hobgoblin. Well, we can confirm that Jacob Batalon will indeed be playing a villain in Spider-Man 3. We can’t confirm that he’ll actually be the Hobgoblin like in the comics, but it’s likely. It’s also unclear if this will be the same Ned from Holland’s MCU or another version from the multiverse. The latter is obviously more plausible.
