Aaron Taylor-Johnson has completed over 10 years of married life with his wife and filmmaker Sam Taylor-Johnson. Interestingly the duo shares a 23-year age gap between themselves which still comes as a shock to many fans. The actor was only 18 when he met his wife for the first time. But over the years the Kick-Ass fame has been often seen speaking about his love for his wife and even shares two daughters.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson met with his wife who was then known as Sam Taylor-Wood on the sets of the 2009 movie Nowhere Boy. The 32-year-old actor portrayed the role of John Lennon in the movie. Sam Taylor-Wood’s directorial debut was not only Taylor-Johnson’s breakthrough performance but also sparked their romantic journey which continues to date.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron was impressed by the filmmaker soon after he met her during the auditions of Nowhere Boy in 2008. He was 18 then while the director was 42. The romance which started on the sets of the movie paved the way for their marriage in 2012. Soon the couple changed their surnames to Taylor-Johnson. The couple shares two daughters, Wylda Rae Johnson and Romy Hero Johnson.
However, according to the classical rules of the internet, the age gap between the two was subjected to some conversation. But Aaron Taylor-Johnson addressed the issue in 2019 stating:
“When I met Sam I’d already lived a life far beyond that of most of my contemporaries. I didn’t relate to anyone my age. I just feel that we’re on the same wavelength.”

Aaron Taylor-Johnson to become the next James Bond?
The anticipation for the next James Bond and the casting is high since Daniel Craig left the character in the 2021 movie. While Henry Cavill, Tom Hardy, and Idris Elba had strong chances to bag the role, the conditions laid by the makers make it tougher for them to be cast. Some latest reports now point to Aaron Taylor-Johnson in serious talks with the makers of the movie.
According to Puck News, the Bullet Train actor is in secret talks with producer Barbara Broccoli. Not only is he the perfect fit for the age group demanded but can also be a more unique approach to what we have seen in the past versions of Bond. But nothing can be confirmed until we receive the final reports officially.
The actor will also portray one of the iconic spider-man villains from the comics, Kraven the hunter in the upcoming 2023 movie set in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. In 2024, he is also slated to star alongside Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt in The Fall Guy directed by David Leitch.
Kraven the Hunter is going to be released on October 6, 2023.
