In his second autobiography, My Booky Wook 2, Russell Brand told of his night with Kate Moss, who he said became attracted to him. He described the experience as “like meeting an angel of my own devising” and spoke of the night in terms of “the static explosion of her perfection,” according to the Mirror.
Before marrying pop diva Katy Perry, Brand, who had an infamous reputation as a ladies’ man, finally succeeded in bringing Moss to his modest London apartment. Seeing her there was “like looking into the garden and seeing Vegas Elvis mowing the lawn.”
They eventually went to bed.
“Her hair fans over the pillow like a peacock’s tail,” he wrote in his book My Booky Wook 2.
“Kate Moss is indeed in the bed, and for a minute I feel like I’ve murdered her. ‘Oh my god, what have I done, don’t panic, don’t panic’. I get up and back away like a butler on his first day with the Queen, not daring to turn away from her for a moment.”
Brand and Moss were romantically connected for a short period back in 2006.
