Additionally, he showcases his talent in the adult animated comedy Central Park, another project by the studio. Mark your calendars for August 14, when all 11 episodes of Solar Opposites‘ highly anticipated fourth season drop on Hulu. Excitingly, there’s even more to look forward to, as a Valentine’s Day special is already in the works for next year. This successful series, led by executive producers McMahan and Josh Bycel, received an early renewal for its fifth season in October 2022, cementing its popularity and continued success.

Earlier this year, Roiland’s departure from Solar Opposites and the termination of his producing deal with 20th Animation occurred following his dismissal from the beloved Rick and Morty series on Adult Swim. Roiland, who co-created the show with Dan Harmon and provided voices for the titular characters, faced consequences for his actions.

However, an Orange County District Attorney ultimately dismissed the domestic violence charges due to insufficient evidence. Roiland celebrated this outcome as a form of “justice” and vehemently denied the allegations, emphasizing their falsehood.

As for Hulu, the fate of the animated series Koala Man, in which Roiland served as an executive producer and voiced a character, remains undecided. The show premiered its first season consisting of eight episodes, in January, but a decision regarding its future is still pending.

Solar Opposites is available for streaming on Hulu.
