During Gen Con, it was announced that there will be 15 decks that will be released over the next three years, and there are three decks that many gamers will know which will be getting a crossover in Magic The Gathering. First of all, there will be a Fallout deck which are some pre-made commander decks which will be based throughout the Fallout series and will mainly represent the numerous colourful factions that are seen throughout the game franchise; this could mean Magic The Gathering fans could have their very own Brotherhood Of Steel, Enclave or even Raiders as part of their decks and this will be released in March 2024.

Secondly, it has been announced that Magic The Gathering will also be getting an Assassin’s Creed deck, this deck will be different from the Fallout deck as it doesn’t seem to be a commanders deck, but this deck will be made up of all of the Assassin’s Creed releases which are released to date. This pack is best described as a Secret Lair Drop and will have a limited number of cards available through boosters. Still, it does already have numerous cards that will be mechanically unique and will also have reprints that feature new artwork, and this deck is set to release in July 2024.

Finally, there isn’t a lot of information regarding this deck, but what we do know is that it will be a Final Fantasy deck that will be comprised of all of the main Final Fantasy games, and it has been described by Wizards Of The Coast as a “Tentpole Booster Release“. So far, there isn’t a highly accurate release date it is only reported that it will be released sometime in 2025, which is understandable as there are numerous mainstream Final Fantasy games that they will have to sift through before this deck is released.

As these decks aren’t currently going to be available until next year, we do not have any information in regards to whether or not they will just be physical or digital copies, but we can assume that they will be available to purchase in both formats as many gamers would love to get their hands on these unique decks whether it be through the digital game or if they buy the physical packs and play with them in person.

Unfortunately, we do not know what these decks will cost as of yet and how many boosters will be included in these packs, but we can assume that they will be an ever-expanding set of decks as the game franchises they are based on are constantly expanding especially over the next few years as there are currently 11 Assassin’s Creed games in development, a potential Fallout and even a few Final Fantasy games.
