Jeremy Renner is Missing His ‘Happy Place’ Following Leg Amputation Rumors Due To Freak Snowplow Accident

Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner is slowly recovering at the hospital. He has been hospitalized since his accident on 1 January, which happened while he was operating a snow plow. Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and severe orthopedic injuries, after which he was airlifted to the hospital. Soon after the accident, rumors started that Renner might lose his leg after an insider revealed to Radar Online that there are “doubts he will ever be able to walk right again.”

His sister Kym Renner has shared that The Vault star is recovering, and the family is happy to see progress in his recovery. Renner has also shared updates regarding his health condition, and in his recent Instagram story, he shared that he is missing his happy place.

Jeremy Renner Shared a New Posts From Hospital

Jeremy Renner has been sharing updates with his fans on social media. His fans were relieved after he shared a post from the hospital thanking his fans and everyone who is praying for him. The Marvel star also thanked his fans for their wishes on his 52nd birthday. 

In his recent Instagram story, the actor shared a picture of what appears to be his Reno-area, Nevada home. The rooftops of houses and trees are fully covered in snow in the picture. He captioned the story, “Missing my happy place …”

The Wing River star has been hospitalized for more than two weeks after his accident. He also shared another image with the caption, “It’s a rough ride over the pass.” Sharing the image on his Instagram story, he told everyone to be careful in “Reno/Tahoe.”

Earlier his sister shared that Renner is “crushing all progress goals” and his family is happy to see him recover. Sources also shared that the Tag star has been making positive progress.

Jeremy Renner Wanted to Enjoy His New Series With His Family

The second season of Jeremy Renner’s Mayor of Kingstown premiered on Paramount+ on 15 January. He asked fans for their review on Twitter by sharing an image of his character in the series. “Let me know what you think!” he mentioned in his tweet. 

In another tweet after this, he shared that he wanted to see the first episode of Mayor of Kingstown Season 2 with his family at his home. Mayor of Kingstown is a crime thriller that follows the McLusky family in Michigan.

The creator of the show, Hugh Dillon, shared during his interview with Deadline, “What I love was how that’s a real story.” He also said that he and Taylor Sheridan have ideas for multiple seasons and if things went well with Paramount+, they would soon start working on the next season of the show. Season 3 of Mayor of Kingstown has not been officially confirmed yet. 

Season 2 of Mayor of Kingstown is available to stream on Paramount+.
