Andrew Tate, a self-proclaimed misogynist is popular for his controversial remarks against women. The 36-year-old has been obsessed with masculinity and adhering to the traditional values of men. Tate however, found himself in trouble after his arrest in Romania with his brother Tristan Tate.

Tate was charged rape, human trafficking, and allegedly forming a criminal gang with his brother. The Tate brothers have denied the allegations and the Romanian court later released the brothers.

“After 10 months. 3 in jail, 7 at home. After 15 million euro of asset seizures. After an indi(c)tement based on nothing. The file was passed to a Judge who has ruled it weak and circumstantial. I have been released from house arrest but must remain within Romania,” Tate wrote on X after the court’s ruling.

But following his time in jail, Tate shared his experience and several jailtime stories. In an interview with PBD Podcast, Tate revealed his connection to Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

Earlier, Tate revealed that he would tell his “coolest jail stories” in six months. The controversial influencer has finally opened up about his detailed jailtime stories in a five-hour-long interview with PBD Podcast. In the podcast, the Top G revealed an interesting event as he and his brother tricked Romanian police.

“Because they bugged our cell. So, me and Tristan were separated and then we ended up getting put in the same cell. Me and Tristan instantly knew. I was like, ‘Hello,’ he was like ‘Hi how are you?’ I was like good, good. And I was like, [pointing at the planted bugs]… So, then we started talking about Ricky Tan, the crime boss from Hong Kong. And how Carter [Chris Tucker] and Lee [Jackie Chan] the only ones that can stop him” Tate revealed in the podcast.

However, it was a big trick that came to their mind, and employed it smoothly. “What we were doing is describing the plot of Rush Hour 2,” Tate said. “They are in the case files, Ricky Tan, Carter, Lee, Hong Kong,” he added. Funny indeed, as it was, as per Tate, beyond the comprehension of the Romanian police who were spying on the Tate brothers.
