2022 began with a burst of laughter on The Graham Norton Show when Lewis Capaldi and Dakota Johnson’s co-star Jamie Dornan stole the spotlight with their comedic conversation. Living up to their reputation during Friday’s edition of the show the singer and the actor engaged in a conversation regarding the latter’s appearance in the Fifty Shades movie.
Following the success of his hit song Pointless, Lewis Capaldi joined Jamie Dornan and the rest of the guests on Graham Norton’s sofa. Sharing a lingering hug with Dornan before beginning the show, Capaldi certainly entertained his audience with a Fifty Shades joke that nearly humiliated the actor.
Lewis Capaldi Was Excited To Meet Jamie Dornan
Often known for cracking crude jokes on screen, the infamous singer Lewis Capaldi lived up to people’s expectations even during his appearance on The Graham Norton Show. Starting 2023 with a blast, following the success of his hit song Pointless, Capaldi shared the hot seat on the talk show with several other guests including the Fifty Shades actor Jamie Dornan.
Posing to be a fan of the actor, the Scottish singer expressed his excitement to be seated alongside Jamie Dornan. Capaldi even shared a lingering hug with the actor before joining the guests on Graham Norton’s sofa. Settling down, the singer immediately began with his filthy jokes, stating “I must apologize. In all the excitement, walking over, and with all the cheers, I might have farted slightly.”
Lewis Capaldi further proceeded to make the evening quite light and exciting as he went on to share crude jokes throughout the show. Making his guests and audiences laugh, the Scottish singer even ended up cracking jokes on Jamie Dornan. Recalling Dornan’s erotic performance in the Fifty Shades trilogy alongside Dakota Johnson, the singer brazenly humiliated the actor.
Lewis Capaldi’s Crude Jokes Humiliated Jamie Dornan
Beginning the conversation, Graham Norton asked Lewis Capaldi if he previously worked with Jamie Dornan. “Have you worked with Jamie Dornan?” Norton asked, to which Capaldi replied “no”. However, he then dived into a deeper conversation recalling his hit song Pointless and Dornan’s erotic performance in the Fifty Shades movies.
Steering the conversation towards the actor’s erotic drama with Dakota Johnson, Capaldi began narrating what actually happened. “So what happened was, that song Pointless was supposed to be my first single.” Lewis Capaldi shared. He then added, “and I reached out to Jamie, handsome guy as we can all agree. But actually, we never met.”
“It’s weird to see you here because I’m used to seeing you in Fifty Shades of Grey. So it’s weird seeing you here, without, like, a whip in your hand, and me without my c*ck in mine” Lewis Capaldi joked.
Although the crude joke was taken lightly with applause and laughter, it certainly humiliated Jamie Dornan as he tried hiding his face.
