With the reports of her being among the top contenders for the role of Sue Storm aka Invisible Woman, it has finally reached her ears!

Since Disney acquired 20th Century Fox, the Fantastic Four will finally become a part of the MCU which has made fans frenzy. The answer is quite simple as MCU’s first family’s real potential can now be unlocked which seemed faint over the years. The highly anticipated Fantastic Four reboot has been garnering quite an attention due to its casting which remains a mystery. However, speculations are being made over the fan-favorite roles with Vanessa Kirby challenging the top contenders for the role of Sue Storm/Invisible Woman.
In a recent interview, she addressed the rumors stating,
“Oh, yes! I’ve heard about those rumors.”
It was followed by a simple gesture, “It would be an honor” after her Mission: Impossible 7 co-star, Pom Klementieff who sat beside Kirby, interjected her. The latter is also associated with the franchise as she played Mantis in the MCU films. Before her appearance in the game, Barbie star, Margot Robbie was the one leading the race.
Margot Robbie Rumoredly Approached for The Same Role
Rumors spread across the fandom that the Barbie star was offered to play the same role in the upcoming reboot. However, it was reported that she was yet to take further action on the offer as she don’t want to take a role that would probably be in the franchise for years.
Given that she is already leading the world of the superhero genre with her iconic Quinn portrayal, her role as Storm in the MCU would be quite difficult. Regarding the casting of The Fantastic Four, it remains a tight-wrapped mystery all thanks to Marvel.
The release date for Fantastic Four is expected to be February 14, 2025.
