Mila Kunis began to act at quite the age of 14 starring in That ’70s Show. However, her talent was recognized when she starred in the 2008 romantic comedy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall. By 2010, she was a rising star in Hollywood whose schedule was jampacked with filming, TV appearances, and interviews among other things.
During one such appearance, she gave a candid confession about her wardrobe choices when he was doing her promotions for her then-new movie, Luckiest Girl Alive.
Mila Kunis Talked About Her Wardrobe Malfunction
In last year’s appearance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, actress Mila Kunis talked about dealing with a difficult situation when her undergarments were missing from her wardrobe settings. She mentioned that her clothes are often managed which was what happened when she had to appear on the show.
The management team took care of her wardrobe, saving her time to choose clothes. However, this time, she faced a little challenge since her undergarments along with socks were missing from the fitting.
“I show up here, I open my garment bag to put on this dress and these shoes but there’s no bra, no underwear, and no socks. Why I wasn’t wearing those garments either is a whole other story.”
Since that crisis had to be managed urgently, she overcame it after her team eventually helped her out.
“So I’m currently wearing my publicist’s bra, my manager’s socks, and your costume department found children’s leggings from the Children’s Place that we have cut into underwear. I am wearing children’s underwear.”
It was a serious crisis for the Friends With Benefits actress as she was wearing a sheer dress on that occasion, so to appear without an undergarment was definitely out of chance. Not just that, she was also booed by the audience and the reason might surprise you.
Mila Kunis Was Booed Out on Jimmy Kimmel Live
Despite her actions getting no close to controversy, her statement managed to stir the audience who booed at her. After she shared her wardrobe crisis, the show host responded,
“You seem like you could be a New Yorker, but you’re not a New Yorker.”
As soon as she asserted the fact that she was no New Yorker, someone in the audience booed. But, Kunis continued to explain that she was from Ukraine, thus describing her experience when she came to the United States. Having shared that she tried Coca-Cola and burger there, Kimmel followed up by asking, “Did you have pizza for the first time in New York?
She admitted,
“No, I did not have pizza in New York, but my dad delivered pizzas growing up, but in LA. LA has perfectly fine pizzas, guys!”
That led to more booing in the audience. Initially, she tried to chill out the atmosphere by sharing that she wore “children’s underwear” for them, but it just was not enough to win their hearts. Eventually, she declares that she hates pizza!
