Newton was thrilled to see people dressed up as Cassie Lang and Kang at the premiere of Ant-Man 3. She hopes the next generation grows up with these characters and loves them. Newton wants to be part of a bigger thing than just a movie and be in another Marvel movie.

Kathryn Newton plays the role of Cassie Lang, the daughter of Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, in Ant-Man 3. Cassie has a superhero suit, and Newton gets to wear it during the movie. When asked about her experience wearing the suit, she said she had no idea she was getting a super suit.

They did a 3D body scan, and six months later, they engineered an entire suit. The suit was purple, her favorite color, and it fit her like a glove. Newton was blown away by how differently people treat you when you’re in a superhero suit. She felt like a different person, and it was a big deal.
