“I would be after him”: 71-Year-Old Actress Was Afraid She Would Get into Trouble for Hitting on Brad Pitt Who Was Supposed to Play a Minor in The Movie

Brad Pitt has been among the charming heartthrobs of Hollywood who continued to captivate fans’ hearts with his impeccable acting skills and Godly good looks. However, his gifted charms have even put other celebrities into trouble who had difficulty focusing on their jobs because of him.

One such star is Cassandra Peterson, popularly known for her role as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. She was mesmerized by the former, who admitted that his overflowing charisma was too much for her.

In a 2021 interview with ET, the Elvira actress, Cassandra Peterson shared about her encounter with Brad Pitt. Speaking of their interaction, she revealed that the latter actually auditioned for a part in her 1988 film, Elvira: Mistress of the Dark but couldn’t get it due to being too attractive for it.

She was among the people casting for the roles with the then-young Pitt being one of the contenders. Revealing the reason why he couldn’t bag the role, she shared,

“He auditioned for it and I was one of the people casting it and we decided, I said that he is just so damn cute that if he was there, there is no way I would like my boyfriend.”

She revealed that the A-lister was 20 years old at the time and auditioned to play the role of a minor which meant that her hitting on the Bullet Train star would have looked quite inappropriate.

“I would be after him and he’s playing underage so it wouldn’t be a good thing.”

Though he couldn’t get the part, she did pass on a little something for her ‘cute’ guy.

“I did write ‘yum yum’ in the comments box. That’s the only thing that I remember.”

While she was unable to work with him due to his extreme charm, she was quite happy when the latter moved near her house.

She further opened up about how the duo became neighbors which ultimately benefitted the actress who had her moment watching Pitt working out shirtless. Stating that he was “fantastic,” her fangirling moment with the star might make fans jealous of her.

“I’ll tell you the great part about having him as a neighbor is I walk down the street walking my dogs in the morning and he’d be there in this little garage area, like, punching a punching bag for his movie to keep fit and no shirt on or no anything and I mean, honest to god, I almost fainted every time I saw him. It was just too much first thing in the morning.”
