The trending thing about Potter’s appearance was his nerdy glasses, without which it is indeed hard to imagine Harry Potter. The character of Harry Potter was so popular that even Barbie star Margot Robbie caught the “Potter” fever.

Previously, during an appearance on the Graham Norton Show, Potterhead Robbie revealed that as a kid, she was a staunch fan of Harry Potter and even imitated his style. The host of the show showed an old picture of Robbie wearing glasses. Looking at the picture, the actress reminisced,

“I’m wearing glasses even though I don’t need glasses. I lied to the optometrist because I wanted to have glasses like Harry Potter.”

No, the tales of her obsession with Harry Potter didn’t stop there, as by the time of her marriage, things went pretty out of hand, pun intended though.

Margot Robbie‘s obsession with Harry Potter is no secret, and it’s evident that her friends have been close witnesses to her passion. Keeping Robbie’s favorites in mind, her friends arranged for a Harry Potter-inspired stripper for her bachelorette party.

Needless to say, the actress loved it, and she even expressed her appreciation for her friend’s thoughtfulness. In a previous interview with ES Magazine, Robbie said,

“[The Clapham crowd] is a rowdy bunch, and the combination was explosive. They hired a Harry Potter-themed stripper for me; he used all the Harry Potter phrases and innuendoes. I was so touched; it was really such a thoughtful thing to do. They know me so well.”

Furthermore, the actress also shed light on her addiction to all things Harry Potter. She admitted that she actually needs Harry Potter novels to help her sleep soundly.
