Surprisingly enough, during a recent interview, the executive producers of the series revealed that they may be adding a certain Marvel actor, Andrew Garfield to the cast of the series. This is after he made some public declarations about his love for the series.

Andrew Garfield Revealed That He Loves Ralph Macchio’s Cobra Kai

Andrew Garfield is one of the most respected and talented actors in all of Hollywood. He has made a name for himself through many massively successful projects, including his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in projects like The Amazing Spider-Man franchise, and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Over the last couple of years, Andrew Garfield has been very vocal about how much he loves the Netflix series, Ralph Macchio‘s Cobra Kai, geeking out about how obsessed he has become with it.

“Recently Cobra Kai became an obsession and I’ve had to put it on the shelf because you have not given us season four yet. So I’ve had to put that obsession on the self. I’ve had to drop that.” he said during an interveiw.

Hearing about this, the cast of the series was ecstatic, showing their gratitude to the star by sending him a video message of them thanking him for his support. This may not be the only way the producers of the series may thank the star as recent news may make fans of both the show and Garfield go crazy.

Cobra Kai Wants Andrew Garfield To Feature In Their Series

During a recent interview with the executive producers of Cobra Kai, it was revealed that the writers of the series have been trying to find the perfect role for Andrew Garfield in their series if he ever decided to join the cast. While there is nothing concrete as of now, the sentiment follows the fact that if the actor is ever interested in being part of the show, there will be a role waiting for him.

“I think that you’d give him a unique look and a unique feel and a unique angle and make him unlike any other character in the show,” they added, “Maybe he will be on the show and I don’t want to take any chances of ruining that,”

Describing what this character would be like, they stated that they would want it to be like nothing they have seen before, adding that it has to be the most unique thing in the entirety of the series. They did not go into any more detail just to be sure that if this were to ever come true, they would not want to ruin it for the audience.
