Jennifer Aniston, one of the most adored and recognizable faces from the world of sitcom television, has remained at the top of her game with regularly-spaced projects in Hollywood. Be it movies or series, Aniston’s filmography has always been impeccable and continues to remain so throughout her long and vibrant career.
And although the actress has cruised along for the most part without rocking the hornet’s nest of any serious scandal (notwithstanding her time with Brad Pitt), one harmless little detail about the FRIENDS star has managed to make it to the surface and stain her otherwise spotless Hollywood record.
Alec Baldwin Calls Out Jennifer Aniston’s Foul Breath
In a 2008 interview with HuffPost, Alec Baldwin revealed an annoying little detail about fellow actor and sitcom veteran, Jennifer Aniston, that has managed to nab people’s attention everywhere. During her guest appearance in a Season 3 episode of 30 Rock in November 2008, the pair had to share a kiss that managed to leave a lasting impression on the Beetlejuice actor.
“It was painful. I mean, every man who’s had to make out with her in TV and movies – I don’t know how they do it.”
Known for her addiction to caffeine and cigarettes, this was not the only time Jennifer Aniston would be called out for bad breath. Co-star Jason Bateman also shared a similar experience on the sets of films like Horrible Bosses and The Switch and reportedly had difficulty going through with a kissing scene because of her bad breath.
Latest Updates on the Alec Baldwin Rust Shooting Case
The Rust actor, Alec Baldwin has been on the news a lot lately. His popularity took a hike with his infamous Donald Trump impressions on Saturday Night Live, a sketch that quickly became a favorite among the show’s unique fandom. Shortly after his SNL stint, tragedy would follow him to the sets of the in-production film, Rust, where an accidental misfire from a gun turned into a fatal shooting case when Baldwin’s weapon went off between takes, injuring director Joel Souza, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin was charged alongside weapons supervisor, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed with involuntary manslaughter. However, the actor managed to reach a settlement, while Gutierrez-Reed has moved to dismiss the charges against her in court. But despite carrying out the rest of the filming without incident, the actor has found himself gracing the headlines once again after his recent post celebrating the last day on the sets of Rust. Baldwin took to Instagram to appreciate his co-star from the film claiming, “A very talented actor and lovely young man with a bright future ahead.” Netizens criticized Baldwin for his “tone-deaf” post.
More news awaits the actor in the weeks to come as Baldwin also managed to bag a role in an upcoming film revolving around the tragic 1970 Kent State shooting during the heights of the Vietnam War. Fans have rightly pointed out that the premise hits too close to home, as far as the actor is involved.
30 Rock is available for streaming on Hulu and Peacock.
