The cinematographer could not reveal much due to professional obligations but his co-worker who had no such contract or direct connection to the film spoke up expressing his excitement and anticipation for the film.

“I don’t work for the film, I don’t have a contract or anything. All I can say is, I am so envious I didn’t get to be on set for this production. The talent is incredible. The images, I have seen a couple of images from it that just look so beautiful. It’s going to be a real…It’s what I’m most excited for next year.”

Not Barbie, not Wonka, or any other movie, it is Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer that has got Peele jumping in his seat. The actor wishes he was a part of the cast and is envious of everyone who was on set for this film.

Oppenheimer‘s budget is reported to be 100 million, and with a star-studded cast, the number is not shocking. Nolan’s film is based on a Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin. When asked about how tough the process of shooting was, Christopher Nolan opened up by saying,

“It’s one of the most challenging projects I’ve ever taken on in terms of the scale of it, and in terms of encountering the breadth of Oppenheimer’s story. There were big, logistical challenges, big practical challenges. But I had an extraordinary crew, and they really stepped up. It will be a while before we’re finished. But certainly, as I watch the results come in, and as I’m putting the film together, I’m thrilled with what my team has been able to achieve.”
