Back in June 2018, Lawrence was seen with a mysterious man, who was later revealed to be Cooke Maroney, an art dealer from New York City. Prior to getting engaged, the couple kept their relationship private. But they soon got married over a lavish weekend in October in Rhode Island in 2019.

How Cooke Maroney Caused Jennifer Lawrence to Change Her Mind
Cooke Maroney and Jennifer Lawrence started dating in 2018. The love alliance came after her split from director Darren Aronofsky. Things between Lawrence and Maroney quickly got serious. Their engagement garnered media attention in February 2019, and the couple made the decision to get married right away, in October of the same year.
The No Hard Feelings actress largely keeps her relationship with Maroney out of the public eye, but in mid-2021, there were rumors that she was expecting her first child. Her publicist formally announced the same in September 2021.
Even though she participated in numerous interviews for the movie Don’t Look Up, she stayed silent about her pregnancy. She also expertly avoided being questioned about it on the red carpet.
The birth of the couple’s first child was announced in late February 2022.
Even in her early 20s, the actress had long-standing maternal longings despite not wanting to get married. Lawrence spoke about this with Diane Sawyer in 2015 while promoting The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2. She discussed her then future plans in the ABC interview, saying,
“I don’t really plan on getting married.” But she went on to say, “I definitely want to be a mother. I don’t really imagine getting married anymore.”
At the time, the 32-year-old actress and her former partner and fellow X-Men actor, Nicholas Hoult had just broken up.
She had doubts about the idea of long-term commitments. But it’s obvious that she had a change of heart because just a couple of years after Sawyer’s interview aired, she married Maroney.
The Actress Wants To Have Multiple Kids
Jennifer Lawrence once revealed that she dreamt of having a large family, in addition to saying she “definitely” wanted to become a mother. She provided more details about the subject in a different interview from 2015. She seemed more positive about marriage this time.
The Silver Linings Playbook actress admitted to Vogue:
“I can’t wait to be married. I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f— it up.”
Lawrence seems to be implying that she wants several kids. Last but not least, she didn’t take her time finding her ideal match. Therefore, it appears likely that she and her husband will continue to grow their family in the future.
It should also be noted that the actress has never shied away from sharing details about her blissfully married life, even though the couple hasn’t shared much about their relationship online.
