During Alfallah’s pregnancy, Pacino purportedly harbored uncertainties regarding his capacity to father a child due to a medical condition commonly associated with infertility. TMZ had previously indicated that Pacino had requested a paternity test to validate his paternity of her child. In response to his concerns, Alfallah reportedly underwent the DNA test, which conclusively affirmed Pacino as the biological father.
