In order to play Batman, Robert Pattinson went through a six-week military-style training which included boxing drills, sandbag workouts on the beach, weight training, long runs, and more.

Obviously, the actor was required to be in good shape so he had to cut alcohol, processed meat, and fried food. In one of his past interviews, he revealed that his diet included a lot of fish. For six weeks, he followed a strict protein-rich diet.
