Reprising her role as Mera in Aquaman 2, Amber Heard previously sparked bizarre reports, not just for her altercation with Johnny Depp, but also because of her rumored fallout with Jason Momoa. However, watching the internet fume speculations regarding her toxic behavior following her trial against Depp and rumored feud with Momoa, the actress came forward to debunk the allegations.
Amber Heard Debunked The Fallout Rumors With Co-star
Getting exposed to the bitter spotlight right after her divorce and defamation trial against Johnny Depp, Amber Heard faced the wrath of netizens as they demanded her removal from the DC movie, featuring Jason Momoa. Blaming her abusive and toxic behavior, the internet even started speculations about her alleged feud with her Aquaman co-star.
As Jason Momoa showed silent support for Johnny Depp instead of his Aquaman co-star, fans came to an understanding of an underlying feud between the two actors. Thus, causing a surge in rumors about the duo’s alleged fight, fans tried to bring down, Heard. However, the actress quickly dismissed the speculations, following the end of her lawsuit, in order to reclaim her position in the DCEU.
Denying the negativity and debunking the rumored fallout with Jason Momoa, Amber Heard spoke about her time on the Aquaman set. Claiming to have had a great experience alongside Momoa, the actress began discussing the fun they had together while filming. Spilling the tea on her co-star, Heard successfully saved herself from further litigation.
Amber Heard Revealed Jason Momoa’s Annoying Trait
Sitting for an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Amber Heard spoke about working with Jason Momoa. Appreciating her co-star and praising his personality, Heard stated, “his heart and his personality is as big as he is.” She further added, “he’s got this booming voice and his sense of humor isn’t satisfied unless he’s making people laugh”.
Recalling her time on the set of Aquaman, the Rum Diary actress joked about her co-star’s childishness. “I was joking that you always know where Jason is…He’d make the worst ninja ever.” Heard shared. She further added,
“I got annoyed with him because on the set I read books and I’m quiet. He’s allergic to not making people laugh or be keeping people engaged around him all the time”.
Thus, sharing the fun experience she had on set while praising Jason Momoa, Amber Heard purposefully kicked away any sort of rumors regarding their alleged feud, prior to her return to the sequel as Mera.
