According to reports, when the script for Man of Steel 2 arrived at Warner Bros the entertainment was extremely displeased with the film’s plot. People have always had high expectations for any DC story, so the studio didn’t want to risk a failure with a Superman film. Soon the makers sat together with James Gunn and decided to reboot it with Superman: Legacy. It is still unclear what exactly will be the story of the upcoming Superhero movie. Fans want to see how DC will create new magic with a new spin on their movies.
During an interview, Gunn talked about what he would be looking for in the next Clark Kent. While talking about the Superhero the filmmaker said,
“The next Superman has to be someone who has all the humanity that Superman has but he’s also an alien. It’s gotta be somebody who has the kindness and the compassion that Superman has and be somebody who you want to give a hug.”
After Henry Cavill’s exit, reportedly David Corenswet will be playing the character of the son of Kryptonian. When the news broke that the Corenswet was being cast for the upcoming movies, the internet was stormed with mixed reactions to this news.

Superman: Legacy will be reportedly released in the year 2025
Many DC fans are coming up with fan theories online regarding the upcoming Superman movie. Superman: Legacy is already buzzing on the internet and it reportedly going to release on 11 July 2025. Rachel Brosnahan is the new Lois Lane in the movie opposite Corenswet. While talking about his upcoming Superman movie, the director stated,
“I completely relate to Superman because he’s everything I am. He’s somebody who is an outsider who feels like an alien, but also the ultimate insider, because he’s f—ing Superman. And that’s kind of like what I feel like.”
Many fans are curious to see how the 56-year-old filmmaker will be able to impress and entertain the audience after all of the changes to the star cast. Since Cavill departed from the DC, the pressure on the makers has exceeded.
