Gordon Ramsay isn’t one to hold back when it comes to reality television. His most famous callbacks include those that have him screaming at other chefs. However, it can always be easy to say the wrong things unknowingly. How that ends up is when celebrities can often be seen fearing for their reputations. With the influence that the media and the audience has now, things can get very difficult for celebrities very quickly.
One such factor happens to be that of the cancel culture. Escaping that even for a minor mistake can be impossible. Celebrities like Amber Heard, Elen DeGeneres, J.K. Rowling, and even Kanye West have all seen what cancel culture can be like and it is not kind. Ramsay too, had a close call with it after he commented on Sofia Vergara.

Sofia Vergara Was Uncomfortable With Gordon Ramsay
We live in a sad reality where seeing female celebrities being uncomfortable during interviews is not uncommon. Especially when it comes to much older interviews. One resurfaced interview dates back over a decade ago and in it, Sofia Vergara isn’t looking the happiest. The interview took place with Vergara alongside Gordon Ramsay and Jay Leno. While the chef has a bright reputation outside of his cooking shows, this one particular interview was outside of that.
“I don’t scream like that in real life,” Sofia Vergara confirmed. To which Gordon Ramsay added, “only in the bedroom.”
Ramsay was seen not only passing unnecessary comments that sexualized the actress but also going as far as to touch her thigh a few times. It was very visibly making Vergara uncomfortable. A slide show was being shown during the interview and it had a lot of photos of the actress. However, one particular instance had the Modern Family actress remark about how she does not scream as loudly in real life and Ramsay’s reply was not liked by anyone.
Fans Took It Upon Themselves To Praise Sofia Vergara
Sofia Vergara is an actress who has always been loved for her massive talent. Seeing her being treated like that angered fans and they were continuously trolling Gordon Ramsay and making sure the actress got all the love and compliments she clearly deserves.
“This has nothing to do with being a feminist, everyone who has an ounce of self respect and a sense of empathy can see that this crosses the line. I’m a man and I wouldn’t want some random woman/man to invade my privacy like that, physically and verbally.”
Fans were constantly taking the actress’s side and praising her as much as they could while they hoped dearly that Ramsay apologized after the events transpired. Many even confirmed that the entire thing could have very easily been taken as a joke had Vergara not looked as uncomfortable.
