Elden Ring Mod Offers New and Potentially Worse Boss than Malenia

For those unaware, Elden Ring is a 2022 action role-playing game that has been developed by FromSoftware. Moreover, the new mod has gotten a lot bigger and has even added a new boss. The mod has been dubbed the Elden Ring Convergence mod and is said to be the next best thing in the DLC for the FromSoftware game.

As a way to recap, Elden Ring takes place in a fictional place where a litany of demigods rule the “Lands Between”. Previously, Queen Marika ruled over the land and operated as the keeper of the Elden Ring. However, after the Ring was shattered, each demigod had one piece of the ring which corrupted them with power. If that isn’t a wild enough plot for you, the mod will certainly get you hyped for further gameplay.

Elden Ring’s Latest Mod

The modders behind their latest work have just released version 1.3 with a number of changes and extra content for gamers. With that being said, players will need to brush up on your Elden Ring builds for this, which is a must.

The Convergence mod adds plenty more features which includes new weapons, spells, and dramatically changed both items and the map layout of the lands between to essentially remix the entire experience for players, and now the Convergence 1.3 update introduces an entirely new boss and a plethora of weapons, as well.

Since there are about 14 new weapons to choose from, a Godskin Matriarch boss and a reworking to the Divine Tower of Liurina, these updates seem like a mini DLC/remix for Elden Ring and that’s just on top of the huge mod itself. In all fairness, fans might see Convergence give out the best weapons in the history of Elden RIng.

The Divine Tower of Liurnia changes up weapon, item, and enemy placement, which makes for some pretty cool content for fans of the game and for some interesting gaming for ardent followers. That is something that I would be pretty stoked for in the near-future.

In happier news for fans, Convergence 1.3 is compatible with the new Elden Ring patch 1.10 after a few tweaks from the team, as FromSoftware introduced some balance changes, gameplay adjustments, and bug fixes. It is very exciting to see where this goes and if this will stand the test of time in the gaming community.
