Starting his career with his debut fight against British YouTuber Deji Olatunji, which he won with a TKO, he has never looked back since and has continued to climb the ladder to become an undisputed sportsman.
And with his streak going strong in the ring, the fight between him and boxing star Tommy Fury began to unravel, with the conclusion of the rivalry being set up to happen in Saudi Arabia past Sunday. And with the fight concluding with Paul coming out as defeated, the former internet personality took to Twitter to admit his loss and congratulate the winner.
Jake Paul Admits His First-Ever Defeat!
A highly-anticipated match against two rivals finally came to a conclusion in Saudi Arabia on Sunday as the 8-round match between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury took place. And after the grueling match stretched for the entirety of the 8-rounds, the audience saw Fury emerge victorious from the ring as he now maintains a 9-0 winning streak, while Paul lost his first with a 6-1 stat on his career. Thus, after a humiliating loss, the former YouTube star decided to save face with a tweet.

While the star might’ve talked big about how this fight was going to be like all of his other fights in the past where he was going to win with relative ease, the eight 3-Minute rounds proved to be more than what he bargained for, as in the end, the fight came to close call with Fury taking home the special Diriyah Belt. Now, Paul is taking to Twitter to congratulate his opponent on the win.
While making the comment, Jake paul also promises to come back into the game stronger than ever in the future, the damage to his body and to his streak has been done, and now he has the decision to make about what he will do with the loss weighing heavy on him.

What’s Next For Jake Paul?
After suffering his first-ever loss, which he has credited to being unwell and suffering an arm injury that hindered his performance during the match, Paul has reportedly invoked his rematch clause against Tommy Fury to face him one more time in the ring. While we may not know any of the major or minor details about the match at this point in time, we can expect to hear about it officially once the former YouTube star has recovered from his said injuries.
