During his appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Reynolds was asked how long has he been married. While the host expected to get the answer right away, the Free Guy star was unable to answer cause he was busy calculating the years.
Ryan Reynolds Can’t Remember How Long He’s Been Married
Ryan Reynolds met his wife, Blake Lively, during the 2011 film Green Lantern. Soon after the release of the film, rumors started appearing that the Green Lantern stars are dating. After dating for almost a year, the couple got married in September 2012 in a private ceremony.
The couple has a beautiful family and is excited to welcome their fourth child soon. The Red Notice star has also claimed that he loves being a father and loves his wife and family. However, when he was asked how long he has been married to Blake Lively, he flinched, leading Will Smith to judge him.
During his appearance on The Graham Norton Show in 2016, he was asked how long he has been married to Blake Lively. However, the answer did not come quickly to Reynolds and he said, “Oh my God don’t do this to me.”
He then started calculating the years saying, “Two, two, uh, four years.” He hesitated for a moment and said, “Three years.” While the host of the show was trying to help Ryan Reynolds, Will Smith who was also a guest on the show asked him, “Are you guessing?”
Graham Norton continued whispering to him, “Three and a half,” and he finally said the right answer to the question as he said that it’s been three and half years but “we weren’t going half, you just go one, you know.”
Although it was difficult for the Spirited star to remember how long he’s been a family man, he clearly remembers the name of his first crush.

Ryan Reynolds believes that he wasn’t always cool and smooth with girls as he is now. He claims that he went through puberty “at like 27.” The conversation led him to reveal the name of his first crush from his school days.
He shared that the name of the girl was Fiona Gorczynski. The Self/less star further shared, “She used to take the bus the opposite way of my actual home and I would get on the bus just to sit next to her for 45 minutes the wrong way.”
When Catherine Zeta-Jones called his actions wonderful, the Smokin’ Aces star said, “I love it when you’re young it’s so cute, when you’re older, it’s just stalking.” He then shared that he would have been around 11 years old, and he decided to finally confess his feelings for Fiona Gorczynski.
While he wanted to look cool by doing “Don Johnson’s Miami Vice” kind of look, things did not go as he planned after the bus doors closed on his backpack. When the bus started leaving with his bag still stuck between the doors, he started banging the doors and the driver stopped.
The driver opened the door, releasing him from the hold. However, the embarrassment was too much for him, and Ryan Reynolds was never able to look back at Fiona Gorczynski again. While he felt a little down after sharing the story, Will Smith cheered the Safe House star saying that the girl will be looking at him now.
