Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s Deadpool 3 is the film everyone is eagerly waiting for. Every new piece of information has only added to the excitement. Not to mention the fact that as per various industry scoopers, the film will be a multiversal romp unlike any other.
After all, it has already been confirmed that Jennifer Garner will be reprising her role as Elektra in the film. Also, it looks like the movie will address the one question everyone was obsessing over since the release of Doctor Strange 2.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is chock-full of insane moments. But it’s undeniable that the one scene that got every audience member gasping was when Wanda killed all the members of the Illuminati. Mr. Fantastic got turned into spaghetti, Black Bolt got his mouth closed and head bashed in, Captain Carter got cut in half, Captain Marvel was squashed, and Professor X’s neck was snapped.
Wanda’s bloodlust found an outlet and fans really got to see what the Scarlet Witch had become. However, once fans got over it, they wondered if Wanda was going to face any consequences for her actions. If scooper @AlexFromCC is right, the successors of the Illuminati will be out for revenge in Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3.

If true, this is one of the most interesting pieces of information that has come out about the upcoming Deadpool film. But the question is- who would have personal stakes in getting revenge for the deaths of the original Illuminati?
Who Will Get Revenge For The Deaths Of The Illuminati In Deadpool 3?
If the scooper is right then the people who will rise to power after the destruction of the previous Illuminati in Doctor Strange 2 are those who are close to them. While it isn’t confirmed which characters will take their place, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the film will include characters from Fox’s Marvel films.
As such, it’s possible that Sue Storm, Medusa, Magneto, Monica, and Steve Rogers will look to take revenge for the deaths of Reed Richards, Black Bolt, Professor X, Captain Marvel, and Captain Carter. It’s also possible that Hugh Jackman‘s Wolverine, or another variant of him, could take revenge for Charles Xavier’s murder.
For now, this is just a theory. But even if this line-up isn’t true, it will be interesting to see which characters sit in the chairs of the previous Illuminati. Also, if they are looking for the person who killed their loved ones, does this mean that the Scarlet Witch will return? Needless to say, the hype quotient for Deadpool 3 just went up.
