Horrible Bosses actor Kevin Spacey was found not guilty by a jury in Britain on Wednesday. He has been acquitted of all nine charges of s*xual assault against him.
The action was taken against allegations of inappropriate behavior after a long duration of almost six years. The actor faced nine charges, including multiple counts of s*xual and indecent assault and one count of causing a person to engage in s*xual activity without consent. The was also an allegation of molestation by fellow actor Anthony Rapp in the 1980s, which was not proven.
The Baby Driver star, charged in the U.K. pleaded not guilty to all counts in the context of all allegations between 2001 and 2013.
Reportedly, four men accused Spacey of s*xual offenses in testimony shared throughout the trial. Allegations comprised unwanted touching to aggressive groping. However, three of the four accused passed away in one year. One committed suicide, another was hit by a vehicle, and the third one’s cause of death is not yet known.
The fourth case was of a busboy, who accused him of groping in a Nantucket, Massachusetts, restaurant in 2016. However, he refused to testify in court, and the accusation was dropped.
