With Tom Cruise getting world recognition for doing his own death-defying stunts, it seems that his rival Brad Pitt doesn’t want to be left too far behind. Although Pitt will not jump from a roof or a plane, it seems that The Hangover actor will indeed…race a professional F1 driver!

As Lewis Hamilton continues to break F1 records and drive his Mercedes to its limits, the racer is collaborating with Pitt as they both will reportedly race for Pitt’s upcoming project. The actor will take part in racing alongside Lewis Hamilton in the British Grand Prix in July.

Brad Pitt Will Race Alongside F1 Racer Lewis Hamilton

With his arch-enemy, Tom Cruise making rounds around the internet for his death-defying stunts, the Babylon actor doesn’t want to be left behind too far in the competition. With his upcoming project based on F1 racing, Pitt seems to want to shoot actual racing scenes alongside Lewis Hamilton.

Lewis Hamilton, who seems to be breaking records and going strong with Mercedes, seems to be enjoying his time under the spotlight. After fighting his way through the throngs of notable racers like Verstappen, Perez, and Leclerc, the British racecar driver will share the screen with Brad Pitt. For his latest project, it is reported that the Fight Club actor will shoot scenes of actual racing in July.

The British Grand Prix is set to launch on the 9th of July. Waving the flag off, it has been reported that Brad Pitt is all set to race alongside Lewis Hamilton.

“Watching Brad Pitt leading the field in the British Grand Prix will be an incredible and surreal moment for TV viewers and fans at Silverstone this July,” a source close told The Sun.

Since the heavy-sounding engines of racecars are already enough to get the hearts pounding, the addition of Brad Pitt alongside Lewis Hamilton will surely give the viewers an edge on their seats.

Alongside Kosinski, Brad Pitt and Lewis Hamilton are also attached to the project. Although the story isn’t confirmed, it seems to follow the story of a retired Formula One driver who has to come out of retirement to mentor and team a younger driver. The movie is currently set in the pre-production stage of development as people get ready for the racing season.
