“Whoever had been cast as Harry would have been receiving that attention. Anybody who would have been cast in this iconic role would have been getting that sort of attention. So you have to realize that it’s not because it’s you, it’s because it’s an iconic role. It’s interesting.”

Living an incredibly humble life, Daniel Radcliffe seemed to hold his friend Pattinson in high regard. He expressed that Pattinson had also gone through a similar awakening while they worked together and even after that.

Daniel Radcliffe Doesn’t Think Robert Pattinson Was More Important

Playing Edward Cullen in Stephenie Meyer’s fantasy novel Twilight, Robert Pattinson couldn’t impress his old friend Radcliffe. The five-part saga received a mixed reception from the audience.

Even though the franchise collected $3.3B globally, Daniel Radcliffe thought that audience cared about Edward Cullen more than the actor who played him.
