Arnold Schwarzenegger Admits To His And Tom Cruise’s Age Difference
While giving an interview for their latest project, Fubar, Monica Barbaro and Arnold Schwarzenegger got together to discuss how it was working with each other. The series sees them play as a father-daughter duo and the actress has been lucky enough to work with not just one great actor but two. The role that put her in the limelight just so happened to be Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick.
“Tom’s still a young kid, he’s only 60.”
Barbaro went on to discuss the differences that the two actors had and it got her thinking. Schwarzenegger joked about how their most prominent difference was their age. Cruise is fifteen years younger than the actor. The actress, however, added that even with the age difference, Cruise seems much younger, as if he were only thirty years of age. Barbaro elaborated on the statement, adding that he has a great amount of energy, and despite his age, he is a rather active and energetic person in general.

Monica Barbaro would not be alone on the set of Fubar, she would often bring her dog along with her. Her dog, Augie, would often roam around the set when the actress was busy and Arnold Schwarzenegger took it upon himself to take care of him. Whenever the actress would be occupied, he would feed the dog Wiener Schnitzel, that too, freshly made.
“She gets jealous that why is he spending more time with you than with me, and I said because I take care of the dog.”
This motivated the dog to get more attached to him than Barbaro and the actress was not fond of it. However, Schwarzenegger would simply joke about how she was just jealous that he is with him more than her.
