Chloe Bennet Rumored to Join Secret Invasion

With Charlie Cox and other Daredevil stars joining the MCU, fans have been hopeful that Marvel Studios would follow the same approach with the characters of the popular show, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as well. One of the most popular characters expected to make her comeback in the MCU is Chloe Bennet’s Quake.

Quake also has an important part during the events of the Secret Invasion in comics. She helps Nick Fury in recruiting The Secret Warriors, super-powered beings without a public persona, and joins the final battle against the Skrull invaders.

The series is expected to have a total of six episodes, and Daisy Johnson could join forces with Nick Fury in the final episode of the series. Considering Samuel L. Jackson has mentioned that Nick Fury will not call “his super friends,” Quake could be one of his allies as he would need all the help he could get.

Although there have been numerous rumors about Daisy Johnson joining the MCU, the studio has not confirmed anything yet. Fans also believe that the involvement of the Valley Girl actress would reveal if Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is canon to the MCU or not.

Marvel Fans Wonder if Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is Canon

Fans have also shared their reaction to Chloe Bennet’s return as Quake in Secret Invasion, which could also be her MCU debut. The rumor has also reignited the long-time discussion among fans about Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. being an MCU canon.

They also shared that while they are excited about Daisy Johnson’s alleged return, they would also like to see Phil Coulson alongside Nick Fury as well. Some of the fans seemed excited about the series and have called the possibility of Bennet’s return “incredible.” Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans have shared that they missed her character and would love to see her back in the upcoming show.

Some also assumed that Daisy Johnson’s appearance in the MCU could be a variant. However, the studio has not confirmed anything so far. Fans would have to wait for a few months more to see The Nightlife actress returning as the Marvel superhero, Quake.

Secret Invasion will premiere on June 21, 2023, on Disney+.
