Further, another MCU actor’s name got added to the list, when Spanish sites and news outlets started reporting against Tenoch Huerta. The actor starring as Namor the Submariner in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), is facing s*xual assault accusations from Spanish saxophonist, María Elena Ríos.
Marvel Studios, known for hiring A-listers, is currently losing its reputation after taking chances on rising stars, who are often ending up with litigations and lawsuits. Tenoch Huerta who appeared in the recent tribute-paying movie to Chadwick Boseman erupted ripples of shockwave when accused of alleged s*xual assault.
Tenoch Huerta Accused Of Alleged S-xual Assault
Amid Jonathan Majors’ ongoing legal issue, troubling news surfaced as MCU actor Tenoch Huerta faces accusations of alleged s*xual assault, by saxophonist María Elena Ríos. Starting to climb the ladder of fame as labeled “Marvel’s Aquaman”, Huerta caused a ripple of shockwaves following the accusations surfacing.
The MCU’s rising star, who previously acted in Narcos: Mexico and The Forever Purge, is known for keeping his life incredibly private. However, after being accused of assault, it seems Tenoch Huerta is finally making headlines, but for all the wrong reasons. While MCU appears to have a lot on its plate with Jonathan Majors controversies already, Huerta seems to be adding to it.
Just starting off with his career under the MCU banner, Tenoch Huerta seemingly wrecked his budding reputation following the professed crime. Accused of alleged s*xual assault by Spanish saxophonist María Elena Ríos, through tweets, the actor seems to appear all over Spanish media outlets. Labeled as a “s*xual predator” in a series of tweets by Ríos, Huerta and his reps are yet to make any comments on the same.
Alleged Victim Maria Elena Ríos Speaks Up
Tenoch Huerta faced public accusations of s*xual assault by María Elena Ríos on June 10th, 2023. Often known for being a victim of acid attack, Ríos is also a Spanish saxophonist, who highlighted her horrific experience via Twitter. On Saturday night, María Elena Ríos started by discussing a podcast called El Feisbuk de la Malinche which left her unpaid despite her work.
Elena Ríos further tweeted about her previous employer and unpaid efforts, while calling Tenoch Huerta a “sexual predator” who was previously shielded by her employers. One of her tweets loosely translated –
“I made it very clear to them when I left their sect that they protect the violent and s*xual PREDATOR of @TenochHuerta that they did not publish anything about me. They still went to look for me at a hypocritical ball concert to avoid scandals”
Following her tweets, María Elena Ríos even took the liberty to respond to Huerta’s fans in order to make headlines out of her alleged allegations. Taking the internet by storm, Elena Ríos grabbed public and media attention with her tweets, especially amid Marvel’s preparations to make Huerta a big part of the franchise.
