Adele Bought Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Park Mansion

In 2022, by the beginning of the year, TMZ broke the news of Adele making a lowball offer to purchase Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Park mansion. Originally listing the Rocky-themed home for $110M in 2021 with his wife Jennifer Flavin, Stallone gave a major discount to the singer when she bought the house a year later.

Taking out a $37.7M mortgage in order to purchase the actor’s extravagant 90210 estate, Adele agreed to pay $58M for the house. Real estate sources characterized the singer’s purchase price as a “steal” since the property was last offered at $80M and even Stallone wanted an eye-watering amount of $110M.
