People Continue To Troll Will Smith For The Oscars Slap

Almost a year later, the people have not forgiven the Man in Black actor yet as his movies continue to flop and he doesn’t appear in media as much as he did before. With The Pursuit of Happyness available to stream soon on Netflix, a Twitter account featured the news on the social media platform. People tweeted against Will Smith and mercilessly trolled the Bad Boys actor by mentioning his infamous slap incident.

With his popularity declining, Will Smith released a YouTube video on his channel that featured a teary-eyed Will Smith apologizing to the world. Seemingly unfazed, people continue to troll the actor for his rage that some deemed unforgivable. His recent project titled Emancipation had a great and intriguing plotline but managed to perform very poorly at the box office with alleged blame on the I Am Legend actor. It has been reported that many celebrities have broken contact with the actor as Hollywood seems not to want to associate with Will Smith further (not entirely).

In recent reports, the Gemini Man actor has been alleged to reprise his role of Genie in the upcoming sequel. Although the reports are unconfirmed, insider sources stated that “he has done a lot of work on himself and the consensus is that it will all be very much in the past by the time the movie is released.”

Aladdin 2 is currently rumored to be in pre-production with an expected release date of 23rd May 2025. As for Will Smith’s The Pursuit of Happyness, the movie is currently available to rent on Apple TV+.
