1) Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989)

The Nazi outfits used in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) are genuine World War 2 uniforms, not costumes. Co-Costume Designer Joanna Johnston found them in Eastern Europe.

2) The Dark Knight (2008)

Joker is constantly seen licking his lips in The Dark Knight (2008) because the prosthetic scars kept falling off, so Heath Ledger would lick his lips to keep them in place. It became a part of the Joker’s character.
