1. Tom Holland and his younger brother Harry Holland in Spider-Man
Tom’s younger brother Harry was hired to play a robber who Spider-Man ends up catching in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The scene however didn’t make it to the final cut.
2. Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa in Thor
When Natalie Portman couldn’t show up to the sets of Thor to reshoot the post-credit scene that had a kiss involved, Chris Hemsworth called his wife Elsa to play the stunt double

Alaqua’s cousin Darnell was hired to play the younger version of Maya in Hawkeye.
4. Kurt Russel in Guardians of The Galaxy and Wyatt Russell in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
When Kurt’s son Wyatt was offered the MCU role, he had only one piece of advice for his son. It was to ensure he can use the washroom when he would be in the suit.

The oldest Hemsworth brother, Luke Hemsworth, did a cameo as an Asgardian actor playing Thor in Thor: Ragnarok.
6. Paul Bettany as JARVIS/Vision and his wife Jennifer Connelly as Karen (The voice of Peter’s suit)
The voice which Peter refers to as ‘Suit Lady’ in Spider-Man: Homecoming was the voice of Paul Bettany’s wife Jennifer Connelly.
7. Jon Favreau and his son Max Favreau in Iron Man
Jon who has been playing Happy Hogan since the first part of Iron Man got his son to cameo as the kid who Tony saves in Iron Man 2.
8. James Gunn (Director) and his brother Sean Gunn in Guardians Of The Galaxy
James who has written and directed the GOTG trilogy has always had the company of his brother Sean on the film sets who plays Kraglin Obfontori.
9. Stellan Skarsgård in Thor and his son Bill Skarsgård in Eternals
Stellan who has played Erik Selvig in Thor 1 and 2 has a family member in the MCU. His son Bill voiced a deviant named Kro in Eternals.
10. Meng’er Zhang and her husband Yung Lee in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Zhang met and fell in love with her to-be husband Yung Lee on the et of Shang-Chi. Lee worked as the action designer in the film.
11. Joe Russo and his daughter Ava Russo in Avengers: Endgame and Hawkeye.
While 4 of Joe’s children have done cameos in various MCU films, his daughter Ava has bagged the biggest role as Clint Barton’s daughter Lila Barton.
12. Joe and Anthony Russo’s parents in Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Anthony and Joe’s parents played a tiny role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier where they were seen walking by Bucky’s memorial.
13. Oscar Isaac and his younger brother Michael Hernandez in Moon Knight.
Oscar Issac’s younger brother would come in and play the other [Oscar] during scenes where Steven and Marc are talking to each other. This would help Issac to act better in such scenes.
