When it comes to Captain America, he probably has fought the deadliest supervillains, from the deadliest to the most brutal ones. However, there is one villain that Daredevil fought that made Steve Rogers tremble in fear.
The villain in question is a formidable enemy of Daredevil and Spider-Man and has fought a lot of Marvel heroes. Nonetheless, it is a character that would surprise a lot of Marvel fans and comic book readers.

Underrated Villain That Totally Shocked Captain America
In the comic books, there have been countless villains that Captain America has gone head to head with. While the super soldier has emerged victorious easily and has fought them off alone most of the time, there have been times when got caught off-guard.
Among the many villains, in Captain America #147 ‘And Behind the Hordes of HYDRA, by Mike Friedrich and Sal Buscema, Rogers went head to head with Wilson Fisk, also known as the notorious Kingpin. Kingpin looks fat and bulky, making it easier for anyone and everyone to underestimate him.
While the New York-based villain had fought even Spider-Man and Daredevil, even defeating them on certain occasions, it was the first time he met Captain America. And Rogers naturally overestimated him and mocked him for being a ‘clumsy oaf’.
Enraged, Kingpin easily made Cap regret his words when he showed him how agile and fast he was. Despite his huge size, the Daredevil villain showed the Avengers helmer why he is an underestimated foe and ultimately Falcon had to come to Cap’s rescue and save him.
Kingpin Is A Powerful Villain Despite Being ‘Superpower-Less’
Everyone knows that Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin has no superpowers. Despite being superpower-less he is still a very powerful and formidable. His huge size gives him an advantage as most heroes usually think of him as being slow and unable to fight, just like Captain America did. Using it to his advantage, Kingpin finds it easier to defeat others.
On top of being fast and agile, he is also not afraid to get whatever he wants through whatever means necessary. On top of his size, the character is also witty and smart, knowing how to get his way around. His unique abilities give him an edge over all the other villains, even the ones with superpowers, thus making him a powerful villain who is hard to defeat.
