Being surrounded by naked women was disgusting for Leonardo DiCaprio

Leonardo DiCaprio has been involved in some iconic s*x scenes in acclaimed movies, including Titanic and Catch Me If You Can, and The Wolf of Wall Street is no different. However, filming intimate sequences and being surrounded by a bunch of naked women in the movie wasn’t as romantic or arousing as fans would’ve thought. According to the Titanic star, filming those sequences was kind of disgusting at times, claiming it was just another day’s work. He said,

“To tell you the truth it was kind of disgusting. Sometimes these sequences were you know, they weren’t very romantic, let’s put it that way. Usually, you’ve to understand when you make movies, there’s a lot of protection in there, you know, there’s also body doubles and things like that. They’re all just another day’s work, really, I mean you think more about your back hurting than any arousal.”

However, the actor didn’t compromise filming the difficult sequences, and even filmed the controversial candle sequence by himself, without the help of a body double.
