The actor narrated that when he was shooting in Montreal, he flew back to the UK to see his kids and wife.
At the airport customs, an official asked him if he was an actor. Krasinski replied affirmatively. He was then asked if he had starred in something that the official would have seen. To this, the Jack Reacher star replied that he had starred in the American version of The Office.
This was apparently the wrong thing to say because it offended the British man who taunted him back by saying that he loves the show, but the UK version of it. However, the conversation then moved in a direction that the actor couldn’t have ever expected.

John Krasinski: “My wife.”
The Officer: “Is she an actress too?”
John Krasinski: “Yeah.”
Custom Officer: “What do I know her from?”
John Krasinski: “I don’t know.”
Custom Officer: “What’s her name?”
Krasinski then said that the moment he uttered the name, Emily Blunt, the official stopped his work and looked up at him to say in fury: “You? You? Alright, Get out of here.” This was the funny moment that showed him that he had married a beloved public icon. However, even the actor acknowledged once that he had made a catch.

Emily Blunt feels the same way about her hubby and appreciates him for being in her life. The Edge of Tomorrow actress once said that meeting him changed her life. She said:
