Even though the Cloud Gaming service is still in beta mode, Microsoft should be extra careful with this problem. If they do not take action soon, the daily active user number might fall. The motto of Xbox Cloud Gaming is to let its users access video games without downloading and installing. But with these recurring problems, it has become just a tagline.
This is a major platform-breaking issue for Xbox. Microsoft needs to improve their communication system and address this problem. Otherwise, it will be risky for their business. The fans are already enraged. It is better to do something before it is too late.
