The intense backlash over his series getting negative attention from online commentators comes after his brother, Logan Paul was forced to cut ties with Dwayne Johnson. The Paul brothers are renowned for their Youtube vlogs however Logan Paul’s suicide forest vlog in 2017 severely affected their lives. Not only Internet called him out to cancel him for his insensitive approach, The Rock’s publicist informed him that the DC star wanted nothing to do with him.
“She’s like ‘Hey, Dwayne has asked that you remove every video and picture that you’ve done with him,” Paul said. “Maybe in the future, the relationship can be reconciled, but for now, he basically wants nothing to do with you.’ Which I also understood. I get it. I made a grotesque error.
He opened up about feeling deeply hurt as he felt that the actor should have directly approached him instead of sharing his message via a publicist. He knew he had done a grave mistake back then.
Jake Paul’s featuring Untold Season 3 will be available on August 1 on Netflix.
